The line of Damafro Bries and Damafro Camemberts includes nowadays several well-know trade names: Madame Clément, Le Trappeur, Le Brie Connaisseur, Le Petit Champlain and Tour de France.
Maker of fresh cheeses and authentic yogurts
Damafro applies its expertise in cheesemaking to make fresh products based on various world traditions: cottage cheese of British tradition, quark cheese of East European origin, French-type set style yogurt, sour cream, and Middle-Eastern inspired tzatziki, as well as the undeniably Italian ricotta and mascarpone. But let us not forget the Damablanc, an authentic soft white cheese (fresh farm cheese) with 0.1% M.F. created by Damafro, the very first fresh cheese of this type of cheese made in Québec.
